Accompanying operational teams

Alignment between human

Supporting managers in structuring their teams

Organizational transitions

Advising managers on team organization

Being present on the ground to understand operational realities

Supporting teams continuously

Assisting managers with daily HR issues (absences

Monitoring and managing workforce in line with operational needs

Managing and coordinating temporary workers

Contributing to resource flexibility and adaptation

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition teams for recruitment

Defining recruitment needs (job descriptions

Participating in the final selection of key profiles

Contributing to the identification of internal talents and development of career paths

Monitoring HR KPIs (absenteeism

operational performance)

Producing and analyzing HR reports for management

Identifying trends and proposing corrective actions

Ensuring application of internal rules and legal framework

Participating in disciplinary situations and individual relations management

Contributing to constructive social climate and prevention of HR risks

Participating in cross-functional HR projects (engagement

process optimization)

Continuously improving employee experience in a demanding operational environment
