Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, a related field, or equivalent experience, 5-8 years of HR experience in a client-facing or generalist HRBP role, analytical skills with a focus on HR data accuracy and integrity, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Workday or a comparable HRIS, Foundational knowledge in 2 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, or mobility, Experience supporting training program rollouts or group facilitation sessions, organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail

What You'll Do.
Support engineering client groups with hiring
Develop connections with Engineering managers for HR plans
Partner with functional HR teams for program execution
Advise managers on HR practices and employee relations
Assist with compensation processes
Support domestic and international mobility and immigration
Analyze and present engagement data
Resolve workplace concerns and support performance management
Contribute to HR metrics and analytics
Collect and coordinate turnover data
Participate in global HR program deployment
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with senior HRBPs, HR functional teams, and engineering managers; Develop connections with Engineering managers; Partnering with functional HR teams (Compensation, Recruiting, Mobility, L&D); Presenting data from engagement contributing to action planning discussions with leaders and HR teams
