In this role, you will work closely with senior HRBPs, HR functional teams, and engineering managers to carry out HR programs and provide ongoing people support. This is an onsite role located in Santa Clara, CA. **What you 'll be doing:** * Supporting engineering client groups with a global footprint across hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention activities. * Developing strong connections with Engineering managers to support the rollout of HR plans and programs that align with NVIDIA's business objectives. * Partnering with functional HR teams (Compensation, Recruiting, Mobility, L&D) to ensure consistent and accurate execution of HR programs. * Mentoring and advising managers on HR practices, performance conversations, and employee relations matters with mentorship from senior HRBPs. * Assisting with compensation processes including salary planning inputs, promotions, relocations, and job re-leveling. * Supporting domestic and international mobility and immigration processes. * Analyzing and presenting data from engagement surve
