Must Have
Generalist HR capability across ER/IR, workforce planning, performance and talent, Confidence managing complex, sensitive people matters, Ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels, Experience supporting change in a dynamic environment, Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, Communication and coaching skills, Ability to work autonomously, Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to partnering with the business, Judgement and confidence navigating complex and sensitive people matters, Ability to build credibility quickly and influence at all levels, Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and business impact, Clear, effective communication and coaching style, Ability to work independently while staying connected to a broader team, Experience or exposure to enterprise bargaining or EBA processes, Practical experience managing employee relations matters and supporting change initiatives, Understanding of employment law, Experience using HR systems, Experience supporting workplace health and safety practices, Full working rights within Australia
