What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a deep understanding of what it takes to support teams in a tech environment, A proven background working within international scale-ups, familiar with the pace and complexity of a growing organization, business acumen that allows you to connect HR strategies directly to business objectives and the bigger picture, Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep them on track independently, Credible judgement and decision-making skills that allow you to build trust quickly and handle sensitive situations, Clear communication skills, enabling you to explain complex ideas and policies concisely to the whole organization

Drive high-impact performance management cycles
including goal setting
and growth conversations
Lead strategic talent planning processes
