What You'll Do.

Drive high-impact performance management cycles

including goal setting

Lead strategic talent planning processes

Provide expert coaching to engineering leaders on organizational design

and change management.

Design and maintain competency frameworks that clarify expectations and development paths for our technical teams.

Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations with judgement to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.

Dive into people data to surface insights that help business leaders make better

more informed decisions.
