HR Business Partner (12-month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Dublin Work Mode: Hybrid 3+ days per week in our Dublin office Department: People About the Company LearnUpon partners with over 1,600 organisations globally to unlock the potential of employees, customers Provide support to managers and leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, engagement, and retention; Identify people issues and trends within the business and work with key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions; Provide Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for leaders and managers; Partner with and advise leaders and managers on processes such as performance management, compensation and leadership continuity; Monitor and ensure the effective use of data to report key metrics and trends for the departments you support; Collaborate with other members of the People team to design and implement employee processes and experiences; Regularly seek out opportunities to optimize all People processes, leveraging AI tools and automation to drive efficiency and improvement; Maintain a thorough knowledge of legal requirements for our core markets, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance across all our locations; Help establish a people manager community for sharing and helping managers learn from one another through both formal and informal activities.
