We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join Human Capital team in the automotive sector. This role will serve as a key partner to business leaders and employees, providing both strategic and hands-on support across core HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an HR Generalist , solid experience in a fast-paced automotive or manufacturing environment , and the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. This position requires outstanding executive presence, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a high level of English proficiency. Key Responsibilities * Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for assigned business areas. * Build strong relationships with managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters. * Support leaders in aligning people strategies with business objectives. * Manage and support core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement, training, and offboarding. * Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, organizational challenges, and people management practices. * Support disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and labor-related matters in compliance with company policies and local labor laws. * Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives. * Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. * Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure effective and consistent HR service delivery. * Support change management initiatives and con
