You’ll be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across our multi-industry organization. We’re looking for someone who can serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, developing resources that bring HR solutions to match business needs. You’ll be focused primarily on employee relations, investigations, and talent planning, but will assess strategic organizational needs throughout the company. Our ideal candidate will drive change, building high-performing teams, and growing leadership capability and capacity aligned to the business strategy. Responsibilities Conduct regular meetings with respective business units Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
