Must Have
5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner position required, Experience with fast growth, entrepreneurial environment, Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business, Experience managing complex employee relations situations, Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization, Prior experience supporting the execution of organization-wide HR programs, Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information, knowledge of U. S. employment law
Nice to Have
SHRM certification preferred, Global experience a plus
