Address employee relations issues

Resolve employee relations issues

Investigate complaints

Develop talent strategies

Support career development plans

Collaborate on performance management

Assist in policy development

Communicate People policies

Identify training needs

Design development programs

Foster continuous learning

Assess program effectiveness

Support organizational change
