HR Business Partner We’re seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across a fast-paced organization. This role is a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and HR strategy, with a strong focus on partnership and people experience. What You’ll Do: Partner with leaders, including executives, on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices across U. S. and international teams Handle employee relations matters (terminations, investigations, reductions, difficult conversations) Manage HRIS data, reporting, and compliance requirements Support and improve HR programs, training, and key initiatives What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of HR experience (HRBP or Generalist; HRBP preferred) International HR experience supporting teams outside the U. S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC) Experience partnering with executive leaders and supporting larger organizations Strong employee relation
