Supporting employees and managers on HR-related matters

facilitating collaboration across streams and resolving staffing-related
Supporting and coordinating the performance review cycle and related people
Identifying training and certification needs
coordinating development initiatives
and supporting employee
Supporting HR budget planning
Preparing HR insights
and presentations for leadership and internal
Supporting compensation and benefits discussions
employee engagement activities
and sensitive employee matters
including terminations.
