This is a role for a "builder" who thrives in high-growth environments and excels at creating structured processes from scratch. Work Format: Full-time, On-site (Monday–Friday, 5/2) Key Responsibilities: Partner with department heads to scale the hub from 0 to 250+ employees, managing organizational structures and succession planning for our distinct brands. Deploy initiatives to embed corporate DNA across a multicultural office of 40+ nationalities, targeting an eNPS of 70+.
