Maintain and adapt personnel structure
Adapt Colombian talent strategy to Peruvian context
Lead employer branding construction in Peru
Execute talent selection strategy
Lead onboarding and corporate induction process
Monitor satisfaction and rotation during trial period
Replicate and adapt corporate performance management methodologies
Identify competency gaps in sales team
Execute training plans for sales team
Provide management tools to new leaders
Implement climate and culture methodologies
Design employee feedback sessions
Propose well-being strategies
Manage salary scale and job structure for Peru
Ensure contracts and administrative processes comply with Peruvian
Supervise SST system execution
