This role will play a key part in ensuring the effective execution of core HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders to support day-to-day people needs. As this is a new office, the person in this role will also be expected to help build and establish the HR processes, structure, and foundations needed for the office to operate effectively. Therefore, prior experience and strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations in Mexico are required. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Help establish and implement HR processes, policies, and operational practices required to support a new and growing office in Mexico. * Collaborate cross-functionally to support office setup needs related to employee experience, compliance, local HR operations, and day-to-day people processes. * Provide guidance and support on Mexico labor regulations and HR best practices to ensure the office operates effectively and compliantly from the ground up. * Support and execute core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and doc
