What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner within a multinational or global organization, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, knowledge of HR practices and hands-on experience in Mexico labor law and HR operations, English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting the launch or setup of HR operations in a new country or new office within a global organization, Proven experience implementing or adapting HR processes within established global frameworks
What You'll Do.
Establish and implement HR processes
and operational practices
Support office setup needs related to employee experience
Provide guidance and support on Mexico labor regulations
Support and execute core HR processes
Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data
Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers
Partner closely with business leaders and managers
Prepare and maintain HR reports
and employee data tracking
Ensure compliance with internal policies
Identify opportunities to improve processes
Support internal HR communications and administrative coordination
