You’ll work with senior leaders and be part of an HR team to deliver on business priorities, foster a high-performance culture, and advance our ambitions for growth and innovation. **Accountabilities:** * **Strategic People Planning:** Translate business imperatives into actionable workforce plans, aligning talent and capabilities with both short and long-term commercial objectives. * **Talent & Succession:** Drive talent development and succession planning by collaborating with the HR Director, broader HR team, Centres of Expertise and global networks. * **Employee Relations & OD:** Advise and facilitate on topics including employee relations, team effectiveness, organisational development and change initiatives. * **Compliance & Best Practice:** Ensure meticulous compliance and outstanding practice across all areas of UK employment law and people policy. * **Reward Partnership:** Partner with the reward team to ensure competitive compensation and benefits. * **Data-Driven Insight:** Analyse HR m
