Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, Minimum 8/10 years HR experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, Proven track record in mentoring senior expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement, Knowledge of Irish HR policies and regulations, Experience working in Pharma/manufacturing/start-up operations, Able to engage with and influence stakeholders at different levels throughout the organization, Technical HR knowledge/ skills associated one or more of the following areas – Talent Acquisition, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, L&D, Organizational Change
Nice to Have
Masters in HR, Organizational Development or Business Administration, Experience in scaling organizations during rapid growth

Design and embed effective people practices
Establish clear engagement model between leaders and HR
Drive adoption of manager and employee self-service
Shape recruitment strategies
Validate spans of control
Guide talent and succession planning
Coach and challenge people managers
Align HR solutions with global frameworks
Partner with Reward on grading
Support leaders and employees through change
