Minimum CGPA of 8.0 and above throughout academics, analytical and problem-solving mindset, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, Comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools, attention to detail and organizational skills, Interest in HR strategy, program management, talent operations, and analytics
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools, Exposure to dashboards, reporting, or data visualization tools, Prior internship/project experience in HR operations, analytics, program management, or coordination
