5+ years relevant experience, Knowledge of benefit program regulations, Experience with leave of absence management, Experience with ADA accommodation processes, Clear and compassionate communication experience, High level of discretion, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent technical support skills, Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Familiarity with HR policies, Highly organized, Ability to multi-task, Manage several projects simultaneously, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Thorough understanding of information systems, Highly technical understanding of HRIS product, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as a team member
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Exposure to multi-state benefits administration
What You'll Do.
Administer employee benefit plans
Support employees with benefits
Administer leave of absence programs
Oversee ADA accommodation requests
Coordinate annual open enrollment
Manage qualifying life events
Onboard new hires to benefits
Analyze benefit utilization
Analyze benefit costs
Prepare benefit reports
Resolve vendor issues
Resolve billing discrepancies
Prepare benefit communications
Distribute compliance documentation
Report on benefits matters
Ensure legal compliance
Develop wellness initiatives
Execute wellness strategy
