Must Have

2 years of related work experience, Business level Japanese proficiency, 1+ year Microsoft applications experience, Excel IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Document and verbal communication skills, Ability to collaborate smoothly, Ability to organize and think about data and situations, Experience planning and executing candidate pool formation, Experience working independently without close supervision, Willingness to travel within assigned area

Nice to Have

Experience with dispatch company coordination, Experience with direct hiring candidate pool formation, Logistics, delivery, or transportation industry experience, High-volume hiring experience, English conversation and writing skills, Experience organizing and analyzing large amounts of data, Experience simultaneously managing high-volume hiring across multiple locations, Experience working with diverse team members, Willingness to contribute to an inclusive workplace

What You'll Do.

Support recruitment activities for domestic operations

Manage entire recruitment process from posting to onboarding

Support shift placement management for dispatched staff

Record and track unusual recruitment situations

Report and consult with superiors on recruitment issues

Respond to inquiries from operations teams and dispatch

Conduct recruitment events

Coordinate employee referral program events

Conduct information sessions for dispatch staff to Amazon

Build relationships with Hello Work

Visit sites and dispatch companies for relationship building

Conduct outbound calls to recruitment candidates

Manage recruitment and management through dispatch companies

Prepare regular meetings with dispatch companies

Review and adjust personnel allocation by dispatch company

Confirm accurate shift placement of dispatched staff

Coordinate with dispatch companies on hiring and contract
