What You'll Do.

Support recruitment activities

Manage recruitment process

Support shift scheduling

Record and track unusual situations

Conduct recruitment events

Coordinate employee referral events

Facilitate direct hire information sessions

Build relationships with job seekers

Visit staffing agencies

Conduct outbound calls

Manage agency recruitment

Coordinate staffing operations

Prepare regular meetings with agencies

Review and adjust agency staffing

Confirm shift placements

Coordinate with agencies on hiring

Coordinate with agencies on contract termination
