Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:- • Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning, absenteeism assumption and studying external impact like weather, festival etc. • Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievance, employee query etc. • Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required • Proficient in data analysis, report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS excel office • Stake holder Management : Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation and canteen vendors etc. Basic qualification and skill: • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of ER, compliance will be added advantage • Demonstrated high level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and work ethic. • Consistent effort, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. • Effective team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards Basic Qualifications: - 6+ months of human resources experience - 6+ months of customer service experience - 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Experience in confidential environments - Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of human resources experience - 1+ years of customer service experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
