Nice to Have
Post-secondary coursework, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field preferred but not required, Experience in an administrative, customer service, operations, or HR support role (including internships, temporary roles, or relevant academic experience), Prior experience supporting HR, staffing, or administrative functions in a professional or organizational setting, Familiarity with basic HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, or employee lifecycle processes, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities, Interest in building a career in human resources or workforce administration
What You'll Do.

Respond to basic employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes
referring complex questions to senior HR staff as appropriate
Assist in monitoring HR workflows and tracking task status to support timely completion of high-volume or time-sensitive requests
Follow established HR policies

Use discretion when handling sensitive employee information and apply sound judgment within clearly defined guidelines
