If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **HR Assistant** in **Chennai.** **What a typical day looks like:** * The HR Assistance performs employee support related to HR queries and requests. * Ability to understand the importance of Data Privacy and Confidentiality and apply it at work * Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of Flex policies and procedures. * Empathy * Should have worked on HRMS - Data Management in any ERP (SAP, Workday, People Soft, Success Factor, etc.,) * Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are met * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Focus should be towards customer centricity, empathy towards customers. * Timeliness and Proactive Acknowledgment to the requestor. * Ensures to have thorough knowledge upon the appropriate Tools in order to handle the process in more effective and efficient manner * Manage calls, chats and tickets from employees related to end to end HR activities * Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are adhered on a daily basis * Making sure SOPs and SLAs maintained are compliant as per QMS standards * Support other teams [Workday, Reports and Mass] on their volume as and when needed. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * This role is needed to manage specifically Malaysia helpdesk .Malaysia HR process would be an added advantage . * Need candidat
