Managing vendor relationships
Responsibility over portals and associated tasks related to our fleet management
Providing administrative support to various teams and departments within the organization
Collecting and consolidating data
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
Preparing presentations and documents
Filing and organizing documents
Handling incoming and outgoing mail

We are looking for a dedicated HR and Administration Specialist to join our team. The role involves responsibility for a wide range of HR, administrative and operational tasks, providing ongoing support for office activities and assisting in the efficient management of organizational operations. Responsibilities: HR Support: ● Maintain HRIS accuracy, focusing on daily time and attendance management. ● Support end-to-end recruitment efforts for various organizational levels. ● Act as the lead point of contact for internal HR-related queries and support. ● Organize corporate events and employee engagement programs.
