Must Have

Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience (reporting, analytics, finance, sales operations, or similar), or equivalent work experience, attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, Advanced Excel skills, Ability to learn quickly, manage assigned tasks, and deliver with limited supervision, English proficiency

Nice to Have

Knowledge of HR Systems (Workday preferred), Exposure to Power BI or similar visualization tools (hands‑on or academic experience), Experience supporting QBRs, dashboards, or recurring business reporting, Familiarity with Sales, Finance, or performance data (preferred, not required), Comfort working with global or cross‑functional teams

What You'll Do.

Prepare and maintain reports supporting Sales Compensation

Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Build and maintain Power BI reports

Consolidate data from multiple sources

Support modeling and analysis requests

Assist with weekly adjustment reporting

Provide back‑up support for Workday reports

Follow established reporting standards
