Full Job Description
Company Overview: Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”) is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Credit, Fixed Income & Macro, Convertible & Volatility Arbitrage, Event-Driven, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets, and Quantitative Strategies. Duties/Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR inquires and support employees at all levels. Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, employment authorization verification, and Day 1 orientation logistics. Handle full cycle immigration process including visa renewals, applications, renewal tracking and extensions. Work with the global HR Business Partners(HRBPS) and legal teams on global relocations, transfers, and short-term assignments. Manage the offboarding workflow for voluntary and involuntary separations, including coordination with managers, HRBPS, and Payroll. Handling HR audits, EEO reporting, administer required trainings, make legal postings, annual refresher background checks and manage additional HR compliance related activities. Complete employment verifications, process worker’s compensation claims and complete FMLA and STD paperwork. Manage Work Day processes, ensuring data accuracy and maintain accurate employee records. Create and maintain recurring reports and respond to data requests from various departments. 1-2 years of HR related experience including internships.
