What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, 1–4 years of HR, HR operations, HR data, or analyst experience, Proficiency in Excel, Proficiency in Power BI, English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent, analytical mindset and attention to detail, Ability to work independently, Ability to collaborate across teams, Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

Nice to Have

familiarity with Python or VBA is a plus, Experience in business intelligence or analytics is preferred but not required, Demonstrated customer service insights including the implementation of employee satisfaction charters

What You'll Do.

Improve HR operations

Transform data into meaningful insights

Administer and optimize HR systems

Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports

Support ad-hoc and deep-dive analytical needs

Collaborate with Business Analytics team on HR dashboard accuracy

Identify gaps in HR processes and data management

Recommend or implement improvements to enhance efficiency

Support the automation of HR reporting

Optimize overall data effectiveness

Develop statistics and information reports

Research human resources practices and trends

Analyze data and information

Prepare materials and recommendations on best practices

Support HRIS maintenance and optimization

Troubleshoot basic HR data/system issues

Handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Ensure compliance with company policies

Ensure compliance with information security standards

Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
