Employee Relations experience, confidence managing cases end-to-end, Solid understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice, Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice, Highly organised, ability to manage a busy and varied workload, attention to detail, ability to work with data to inform decisions, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build credibility and trust, Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach, IT skills, MS Office, HR systems, Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle

What You'll Do.
Act as first point of contact
Manage Employee Relations matters
Support managers through formal processes
Escalate complex cases
Liaise with Occupational Health
Support organisational change activity
Process employee lifecycle changes
Contribute to HR projects
