Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and manage workplace investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, inappropriate behavior, policy violations, and other employee relations concerns. Conduct comprehensive fact-finding activities, including interviews, documentation reviews, and evidence analysis, while preparing clear and legally defensible investigation reports and recommendations. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders by providing guidance on complex workplace issues, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation strategies. Partner with leadership teams to review investigation outcomes, recommend corrective actions, and ensure consistent application of policies and employment practices. Coach managers on handling employee concerns, promoting positive workplace behaviors, and preventing recurring employee relations issues. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and internal stakeholders to ensure policy consistency, enhance employee resources, and support self-service initiatives. Analyze employee relations trends and investigation findings to identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and organizational risk reduction. Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. Support additional HR advisory services, including accommodation requests, performance management consultations, and special projects as needed. Contribute to the development and enhancement of investigation procedures, documentation standards, and HR best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar capacity.
