Managing a highly complex, sensitive ER caseload, In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of UK&I employment legislation, Practical experience navigating change programs, Practical experience navigating organisational restructures, Practical experience navigating trade union consultations, Practical experience navigating employment tribunal preparation, CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7)
