Act as the primary user for HRIS platforms
Maintain HR compile and analyze payroll/headcount data
Ensure data alignment across different countries
Support work permit documentation
Serve as the first point of contact for the Waterloo office
Collaborate on engagement activities
Help source great talent
Assist hiring managers with interview scheduling
Act as a key point of contact for internship and apprenticeship programs
Coordinate the administrative steps for onboarding and offboarding
Support the execution of annual cycles
Assist employees with enrollment
and general inquiries
Ensure all necessary data is provided to the payroll department
Lead the Health and Safety Team’s quarterly meetings
Contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects
