You will be responsible for providing advice, guidance, and support and ensure we are compliance with local regulations and company standards. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives to develop and implement HR policies and procedures locally in Denmark. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager for the region, you will be part of a global HR team where we work closely and share best practice. **How you will do it** * Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including personnel matters, organizational changes, sick leave etc. and act as a trusted advisor in all HR-related areas. * HR Processes: You will be responsible for overseeing annual global HR processes and cycles, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company standards and objectives * Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company and oversee offboarding procedu
