Manage end-to-end recruitment

Manage onboarding administration

Provide first-line support

Advise on recruitment processes

Advise on HR processes

Draft job descriptions

Facilitate interviews

Complete Right to Work Checks

Obtain Regulatory References

Respond to Reference requests

Facilitate payroll enrolment

Conduct New Hire Orientation

Provide expertise on HR policies

Ensure compliance with employment laws

Maintain accurate HR systems

Maintain employee records

Identify process inefficiencies

Suggest workflow improvements

Enhance employee experience

Perform data quality audits

Take part in system implementation

Process monthly payroll input

Process administration forms
