Albert Bartlett is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of the HR department, you will provide expert advice and support across a wide range of employee relations and HR initiatives, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, supported, and compliant with all relevant employment legislation. **Shift & Hours of work:** Monday to Friday - Fixed Shift, working 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs ### Key Responsibilities: * Provide guidance and support on all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management. * Offer assistance and support with recruitment for hourly paid roles including posting of roles, issuing of contracts and onboarding new starters. * Maintain Time and Attendance systems, managing employee absence and conducting absence meetings where appropriate. * Support with the preparation and processing of payroll * Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practices. * Assist with employee engagement initiatives. * Maintain accurate HR records and reports. * Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and organisational effectiveness. **Requirements** * Proven experience within a HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism. * Demo
