Administers various corporate human resource programs or staff services. 2\. Explains human resources policies, procedures, and practices to partners. 3\. Able to maintain good data via data entry, data review and data correction. 4\. Maintains confidentiality of all human resources records. 5\. May act as liaison between partners and third-party administrators. 6\. Developing research and analytical skills. 7\. Learning to work effectively as a team member and independently Learning core aspects of the job. Knowledge :Effective communication skills are required (verbal and written). Organizational and attention to detail skills are necessary to coordinate various administrative tasks. Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and practices usually acquired through previous experience is required to administer programs and provide services to bank staff. Knowledge of systems is required to run reports.
