Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar administrative role, Familiarity with HR systems, Familiarity with MS Office tools, Good organizational skills, Good communication skills, Attention to detail, Ability to handle confidential information, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Professional level of English, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

Master’s degree in a relevant field, Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or Workable, A good understanding of Technology and AI tools

Support day-to-day HR administrative processes

Administration and maintenance of HR Systems

Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation

Assist with offboarding coordination

Prepare employment-related paperwork

Assist with interview scheduling

Assist with recruitment coordination

Support scheduling of HR meetings

Support scheduling of HR trainings

Maintain organized HR records

Ensure data confidentiality

Respond to basic employee HR queries

Support HR team with operational activities

Support HR team with administrative activities
