Previous HR administration experience, Proven IT experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Methodical, accurate and organised, Professional, polite and resilient, Excellent written & spoken communication skills, Demonstrate time management, Highly organised, Able to prioritise workload effectively

What You'll Do.

Manage and respond to ASOSer queries

Prioritise urgent requests

Deliver a customer-focused service

Resolve queries accurately and efficiently

Maintain accurate employee records

Process transactional requests in Workday

insights and escalations

Keep relevant teams informed

Manage new starter processes

Manage leaver processes

Complete compliance checks

Maintain accurate payroll audit trails

Complete monthly checks with Payroll

Ensure starter and leaver documentation is submitted

Complete month-end system changes

Support downstream processes and deadlines

Maintain accurate employee files

Produce ad-hoc reports

Work with PX Systems on requests

Update automated processes

Ensure changes follow right controls

Keep standard letters accurate

Keep contracts accurate

Manage absence records

Advise on family-friendly policies

Process Company Sick Pay

Manage external reference requests

Look for opportunities to improve processes

Look for opportunities to streamline processes

Keep up to date with relevant changes

Support additional administration

Support special projects

Equity & Inclusion initiatives
