Manage assigned aspects of Health Safety Environment & Quality (HSEQ) program
ensuring HR practices continually support the development of a positive and effective company culture.
Maintain full compliance with legal and governmental obligations
ensuring all HR practices are fit for purpose and consistently uphold the company’s commitments.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As HR & Admin Manager at Jotun Pakistan, you will lead and enhance the Human Resources & Admin function by applying innovative concepts, effective tools, and structured procedures to support an efficient organization. You will manage all HR activities through your team. You will also be part of Jotun Pakistan’s management team and contribute to overall business success and drive positive changes across the organization. This position will report to General Manager and is based in Lahore # **Responsibilities:** * Lead the HR & Admin function by applying Jotun’s Leadership tools to nurture, develop, and support the team, ensuring a capable and motivated workforce ready to meet both present and future organizational needs. * Oversee all Human Resources & Admin operations within the company, including the management of key concepts such as Total Rewards System, Recruitment & Talent Attraction, Mobility, Labour Relations, Organizational Design, Human Resources Management Systems. * Implement and uphold Group, Regional, and local HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and local legal requirements. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that HR strategies and initiatives actively contribute to and strengthen the wider business strategy. * Manage assigned aspects of Health Safety Environment & Quality (HSEQ) program, ensuring HR practices continually support the development of a positive and effective company culture. * Maintain full compliance with legal and governmental obligations, ensuring all HR practices are fit for purpose and consistently uphold the company’s commitments.
