What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years commercial building maintenance performing general maintenance on building systems and equipment, knowledge, experience and training in electrical, HVAC, pneumatic controls, plumbing and building construction fields, knowledge and/or training in Industrial Healthy & Safety, experience working on electrical systems and equipment up to 600 volts, troubleshooting low voltage lighting controls, replace relays, switches, etc., ability to perform basic plumbing repairs, working knowledge of the operation of boilers, chiller, cooling towers and air handling units, ability to visually identify problems through controls and instrument gauges, performing routine preventative maintenance and repair, understand/reset heaters on starters, knowledge of proper lubrication procedures and belt maintenance, valid Illinois class D drivers license, become a member of IBEW Local 51
