First level university degree or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in pre-release products or customer validation programs

Coordinate customer engagement programs
Develop and document processes for customer testing
Guide customers through legal agreements
Collect and summarize customer feedback
Plan and execute technical training events
Partner with cross-functional teams
Maintain program documentation and reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives
