What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of related working experience, Deep understanding of the HPC Storage environment, Lustre architecture, tuning, metrics gained through experience in HPC and AI environments, Experience with storage benchmarks, profiling tools, scientific/engineering software for HPC systems, analyzing the role of storage in I/O synthetic benchmarks, end-user application performance
Nice to Have
Experience in DAOS, GPFS, WekaIO, VAST, BeeGFS, Knowledge of HPC system components interaction with HPC benchmarks, processor, accelerator, memory, software technologies, Understanding of parallel programming techniques, algorithms, Ability to triage complex issues, provide test cases, interact with R&D groups, report and fix bugs, Expertise with Compilers (C++, C, Fortran), OpenMP, MPI, MPI-IO, Python, Linux based scripting languages, Expertise in GPU programming (CUDA and HIP), Masters degree

Provide technical analysis of I/O
Coordinate benchmark enhancements
Deliver benchmark solutions
Develop knowledge of competitors’ and HPE’s HPC products
Maintain knowledge of HPC performance optimization techniques
