US Citizenship required, daily in-person attendance at non-HPE worksite, Flexible to work evenings or weekends if necessary, Occasional travel for training is required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 - 5 years of technical experience, Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of without a degree, two additional years of relevant professional experience (5-7 years in total), Experience installing, troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level servers, storage, and networking equipment, US Citizenship required

Nice to Have

Previous experience in HPC (High Performance Computing) or other large-scale systems/datacenter experience is a plus, Experience in large-scale data center environments and/or High Performance Computing (HPC) experience is a plus

What You'll Do.

address and resolve hardware issues

Own and see repair case through to resolution

Perform routine daily work

update and monitor systems

Perform daily Break fix hardware repair

Perform part replacement work

Report daily to customer's site

Create and own service tickets

Gather data and perform analysis

Escalate cases to higher-level product support

Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues

Maintain ongoing log documenting issues

Participate as part of a team

Maintain a good relationship with team members

Maintain a good relationship with customers
