Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience, Demonstrated knowledge of products and services, Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment, Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays, Ability to maintain customer confidentiality, 1-year job experience required
Nice to Have
Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus, Training or product demonstration experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Drive sales and create buzz around HP brand
Demonstrate HP products to customers
Tailor demonstrations to customer needs
Build rapport with customers
Build professional relationships with store management and employees
Train retail store associates on HP products
Maintain displays for cleanliness and demo-readiness
Report and communicate competitive insights
Sell products and services in a retail environment
Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees
Meet or exceed personal sales goals
Welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers to assess needs
Suggest products to fit customer needs
Advise customers by providing information
Help customers make selections
Accurately document and report sales
Contribute to team effort
Track and communicate all activity
Ensure work station is clean and organized
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
