Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience, 1-year job experience required
Nice to Have
Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus, Training or product demonstration experience is a plus

Demonstrate HP products
Engage and build rapport with customers
Create a memorable experience
Maintain professional relationships with management and staff
Train retail store associates on HP products and
Maintain displays for cleanliness
Report competitive insights
Sell products and services
Meet or exceed personal sales goals
Welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers to assess needs
Suggest products to fit needs
Advise customers on products and services
Help customers make selections
Build customer confidence
Document and report sales
Contribute to team effort
Track and communicate all activity
Ensure work station is clean
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
