Must Have

1-year job experience required, High school diploma or equivalent required, Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience, Demonstrated knowledge of products and services, Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment, Must be available to evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Nice to Have

Retail experience or customer service experience a plus, Training or product demonstration experience a plus

Engaging with customers

Leveraging training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology

Bringing AI and other new and dynamic technologies to life on PCs

Enhancing the customer experience

Building relationships with store associates

Communicating the value proposition of premium products

Driving revenue growth

Increasing unit sales

Contributing to the growth of the premium market segment

Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories

Engage and build rapport with customers

Creating a memorable experience

Maintaining professional relationships with retail partners

Train retail store associates on HP products

Maintain merchandising for cleanliness

functionality and demo-readiness

Reporting and competitive insights

Sell products and services in a retail store

and/or event environments

Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance

Direct customers by escorting them to assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs

Advise customers by providing information on products and services

Help customers make selections by building customer confidence

Accurately document and report sales

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations

Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean

Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
