Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or social work or related field, 2 years case management or comparable experience with the homeless population or lived experience with substance use disorder, homelessness, or mental illness, Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and maintain a personally owned vehicle, Familiarity with the challenges related to homelessness, substance use, mental illness and trauma

Working knowledge of area resources and providers

Provide person-centered

Forge and maintain positive/productive working relationships
Advocate to ensure client interactions are person centered
Collaboratively develop and implement needs assessments
Address ongoing clinical and/or systemic needs
Develop and implement safety response plan
