Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time, Regularly work in adverse conditions, Required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials, May be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces, Must be able to regularly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 18 years or older, Must have a valid, current, and unrestricted Driver’s License
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, Proficient knowledge in building maintenance, construction or similar skilled trade is preferred
What You'll Do.
Preparation and maintenance of employee housing units
Maintain common areas of all buildings
Lawn and landscape maintenance
General upkeep of facility equipment
Observe safety and security procedures
Assist in the event of an emergency

Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers
